Top left cross looking design is top view of two outer mica sheet "sandwich" and lamps are 4 screws. May be auto part or hobby store materials in your area?
Lower right is side view of brass shim stock with the lamps representing the connecting terminals for the capacitor. Mica sheet spacers are not shown which is inserted to insulate the brass shim stock strips from each other.
Stack, adjust, and tighten sandwich to give the capacitance desired. This may be saturated with paraffin to keep out the moisture.
