Soft dual LED alternate flashing experimentation. Components used include but are not limited to NPN & PNP BJT’s, LED’s, AND logic gate, logic trains, voltage source and resistors.

You could save some components here. You can achieve the same result with only the gate, 2 leds and 2 resistors. Granted that the output of the gate is a push pull configuration and that it can source and sink at least 10mA.
