5 bit ADC - DAC

Using 2-2 4 bit IC-s, and 3 opamps it is possible to create an 5 bit circuit.

Nope !!! It's just a 5 bit.

What you besically did is split the input waveform in to two and used two different ADC ie 2 times the number of levels, which means one additional bit, not 2x the number of bits.

@selman you are right, I corrected the title, and started working on a real 5 bit one.

So many opamps, why waste a second adc-dac pair instead of use an opamp for bit number 5 😉 so my critic is, it looks over-engineered, and there is room for improvments. Keep it up!

Actually, you are right, only 2 opamps are enough to create an 8 bit DAC.
