pwm of 250w motor v2 warning output is inverted the capacitor is not necessary, you should not use it, is just for make the simulation work with EveryCirquit simulations

and a 24 v 250w motor, but for the mosfet i dont understant the settings

@jrm, good question :-) But I was referring to the line above about using iCircuit. I’ve used it and much, much prefer EveryCircuit.

Motors require a timing of 1 second to see them running, but EC will not allow the display to show slower than frequency timing, thus you can only simulate this if you use a 555 to obtain your pulses. FETs are normally driven by a transitor, don't try to run it straight off the adrino, Also in the simulator, give your fet a bit of width. Try something like this, http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6442804673511424

eu ok but it's works no ? why use a 555 i cannot juste change my settings on the pulse ? and why use a transistor ?

EC's simulator comes with a few built-in oddities, one of them is the way it handles display timing when using IC's or just using ac or pulse generating devices, it can be painful at times and using a 555 is sometimes the only way to work around this, in reallife this is not necessary. The use of a transistor is normal for a couple of reasons, 1. To provide a bit of isolation between the pulse source and the device being driven. 2. Also to give a bit more drive to the FET, particularly a high power device being driven by a low Voltage, low current output. You would probably have use the 24V to power it and only use the 3.3V on the base.

for an irl assembly it's better like that ?

Yes.

My comment above has been blocked as ‘inappropriate’. Presumably the wording was not liked. The point I was making is that I also have bought iCircuit and I much prefer EveryCircuit.
