This aktive attenuator is designed to convert a +/-10V signal to a 0-5V for a microcontroller. Supply voltage of the Op is a single-supply from 5-15 Volt. I use the TS912 for my design. The 5V supply for the voltage divider is the supply voltage. The voltage divider should be a potentiometer, as example 100kOhm. So you can adjust the voltage at the non-inverting pin to 2V, independent from the above named supply voltage range. Details in german: www.david-th.de/elektro/?site=p_017
