Looks like a nice circuit. There is however a problem with the current draw at higher frequencies.

Have you checked that irl? There is a bug in your current source, 5.1V across emitter base is impossible, anyway it depends on the transistor and its hFe what current it will source against the poti settings. So on breadbord it might work for you.
