Do the values for the mosfet seem right the data sheet says 50A at 10V with a gate Voltage of 10V I left the KP, VTO, and Lambda values at default would those values make a difference

I made this so I know what to put in for the default values I adjusted the width and length to get the rated current I dont know if they have to be a certain ratio for W/L the data sheets dont say anything for those values so im just winging it
