default mosfet values

Do the values for the mosfet seem right the data sheet says 50A at 10V with a gate Voltage of 10V I left the KP, VTO, and Lambda values at default would those values make a difference

I made this so I know what to put in for the default values I adjusted the width and length to get the rated current I dont know if they have to be a certain ratio for W/L the data sheets dont say anything for those values so im just winging it

The kp and lambda values i didn't understand what they are, but I can say for sure the vto is the gate treshold voltage, aka the voltage at which the mosfet became conductive which, for the irfp260, should be around 2V and that makes a big difference
