ON and OFF button SR circuit

Hit the left button(ON &  OFF), it stays "ON". Hit the right button(ON & OFF), it stays "OFF".

Cool but since most off states are consider fail safe the off button should be NC open to stop

You can change the switch between base to the positive resistor, instead of base to ground, so the switch can be NC. Sorry, I'm just used to NO buttons, I haven't seen a NC button before.
