How are your skills at stopping circuits from working? 4 General Stages of Bomb Disposal Work 1)      Locating the Bomb 2)      Identifying  the type of fuse used 3)      Disarm the fuse pocket 4)      Drilling the bomb casing and melting out the main explosive charge Two Fuse Bomb – Back of this bomb has anti-withdrawal device on fuse and the sensitive fuse toward the front.  Listen with stethoscope to make sure bomb is not ticking.  Ticking bomb is a bad sign. If ticking, use a magnet strong enough to draw steel clock gear pinions into pinion pivots and stop the clock movement.  Next, with hand vacuum pump pull air from clock case and have sticky sugar solution or fast setting rosin flow into clock and permanently stop clock (clock may be set for a few days before exploding)  fuse. Dropped bombs can curve unpredictably under the ground. A 50 pound bomb could go 10 to 35 foot down in solid ground.  An 1800 pound bomb could be 30 to 62 foot below solid ground.  Locate bomb from ground surface using earth’s magnetic lines of force to reveal the bomb location of where to dig down. Fuse 15 – On some early German bombs in 1940’s, you could depress plungers at back of bomb and fill the bomb with steam from your portable boiler through a long steam pipe and gear controlled by pulleys and long control string from a distance.  Steam could pass between capacitor plates and slowly and safely cause the current to discharge. Fuse 17 –  (Zus -40) We get to booby trapped bombs now. Taking out the non- working electric fuse at back of bomb and then the clockwork with fuse = boom.  Bomb explodes when fuse is withdrawn. “Y” Fuse – freeze the bomb battery with Carbon Dioxide snow. Fuse 57 – Fill clockwork with a quick setting resin.  Be aware any attempt to with-draw the fuse will explode the bomb.  It has anti-withdrawal gear. Tools you have to use is portable steam boiler with long steam lines to fill bombs and run steam powered trepanning tool that cuts circular hole in bomb casing to insert steam nozzle with rotating steam jet to flush the high explosive out of the bomb case.  With electric stethoscope, one member makes sure the clockwork stays stopped and does not start working again.  A few straps around bomb to hold drill or steam nozzle in place. Cover casing with sand bags and explode fuse and booby traps in empty bomb casing.

What’s the purpose to build a layer ,which doesn’t mean anything outside it?
