Here all the two way switches were supposed to be relays.....the blinking light indicates that the battery is changing....the bulb represents an appliance and the blue led the reference diode. The green led indicates that the input supply is on and red vice versa.

Noo it's not an easy one. Lots of switches led indicators and gates lying around in messy wires.
