Leakage current, static electricity, divide by zero problems? Just how is this voltage being measured anyhow?

I believe bottom is not receiving current but top is cause it's in polarity of battery. Do u want both as 0?

Also k's' law requires the sum of all voltage drops to equal the source. So whatever volftage you make the source will be reflected in the top
