The most simple way of self trigger of bifilar  inductor as a boost converter with no IC controller pulse gen, only with a op amp 741, pot preset 30~60% Duty cycle. 2x2uf (value) capacitors must be matched with coil resonance... Push button I don't know if it is needed for the real circuit here is to activate the triggering. The non-inverting (+) op amp input wave form is the same with that one I saw on my oscilloscope.2 years of research for a simple thing, but not too much  for a self educated Guarantee 99% real circuit work action.
