Latch using an N-channel mosfet for power and a P-channel mosfet to control the latch.

It's nice. You might want to adjust the Pmos settings so that it shows as not dropping about 1v across that, and/or you could raise the bottom left resistor value to say 10k to save wasted current through the Pmos switching line. Some mosfets may need more than 5v battery, but if it works for your task then fine.
