Due to Everyciruit; it's not emulating from SPICE so default settings are going to be observed instead. I tried my best to simulate everything in EC.
Source: NJSHARKRACER @ https://github.com/njsharkracer/12voltdesulfator He also said you can hook 30W 12V solar in parallel with the battery and leave it outside. it is supposed to be auto shut off when it reached to certain voltage. I am not able to simulating that, but that side get removed when you connect the actual solar panel into parallel with the battery. its there for EC. Simply adjust battery voltage up to 14.6v to observe the behaviours.

-Real‑world average: 0.8–1.2 A over the day (clouds, angle, heat)
SIMULATION PARAMETERS:
Transient length:
To see a few pulses clearly: 𝑇 sim ≈ 5 –10ms
To see “average behavior” settle: 𝑇 sim ≈ 50 – 100ms
Time step (max step): You need to resolve the µs‑scale pulse, so: Δ 𝑡 max ≈ 50 – 100ns
