Currently set not to exceed 12V or 0.5A (for some reason it won't start with pots in some positions). Adjust the value of the resistor in blue and the voltage won't exceed 12v and the current won't exceed 0.5A no matter whatbthe value of the resistor.
The top half of the circuit regulates voltage and can be adjusted with the pot.
The bottom half of the circuit limits the current and can be adjusted with the pot.
