There are 3 rows of and-gates the first two are needed to give power to the third row one gate at a time
Bottom-right are switches connected to the tird row of gates if the gate is powered it lets current flow through
There is also a row of or-gates they are needed to combine all the gate outputs to the 'Data' pin
The 'clock' pin is connected to the oscillator, the oscillator speed is the 'clock-speed'
The 'Vcc' pin is the positive power
input/output (± 5V)
The 'gnd' pin is the ground
Output:
-Vcc (±5V)
-clock
-data
-gnd
