Good example to see how chaotic subsampled circuits look like. You run it at 300ms/s and the LED current monitored in its common resistor 470 Ohm looks chaotic. Slow down simulation to 10ms/s and take, at this special season, your time and watch how much more equal the wave looks! Transient analysis takes its time to come close to reality, but even at 10ms/s its far from perfect. The sharp edges in rise time does cause big problems for everycircuit simulation engine. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6432918179414016

Hurz, it is art.

Look at you try to create division you wicked creature. My comment does NOT condemn all of billy's worj you back stabbing, drunk loser.

@hurz, I concur, sharp edge are a problem, not only in simulation, but can also be in real circuits, over shoot elimination is one of the parameters that I use when selecting the biasing for this type of oscillator, unfortunately when multiple leds get involved it all starts to go sideways. @crake yes it is only art, but I take the criticism for what it was ment for, even for my many years of electronic and electrical work, I only got so deep, and have picked up a lot of instruction from those who have been kind enough to bother, I try to stay out of the mud slinging, (and thats hard at times), thanks for your concern.

What does ART mean?! And what is it?!

Thank you for your contribution in 2018 Billy, much appreciated. Have a happy and safe festive season my friend and all the best for 2019.

@kiani, like a lot of your work, art is something that can look attractive to a personal perspective but doesn't necessarily have a purpose in life. @lenzrulz, thank you for your input, a tip, try not to verbalise, and one hand can not clap very loudly by it's self.

@billyT,, am flatered that you see my work as art and thank you. Yrs it mighy not have a purpose, i say Art is "The" purpose of life. Without which all things with purpose, wouldn't be useful at all. the way you chose the oscillator (maybe unintentionaly,) to swich the lights, and the choice of colours talks about art. And hiw @ hurz sees the fliw of currents and choas in oscillator of your cct. Before he is dazzeled with the lights, is art of concenteration. Unfortunately There are fraudster arts too,, but thats the art of frudsreing. ,,

@BillyT, right sharp edges are also problematic in real curcuits, but they are present in equal performance every cycle of run. While in simulation they are discret sampled and as the frequencies are higher and higher, simulation does catch them more and more wrong, which results in chaotic results. @kiani, good Art is everything we do, we are all Artists. Unfortunately the industrial age took us the joy of Art away and called it Job. Have a job were you can do your Art with joy is what i wish you all for 2019!

@hurz "i" don't make wishes in general, however hope all your wishes come true,,, and good health be the main feature of your life for 2019 and all the years following that
