This is a dual plate design circuit, with two feeder outputs, which when given enough surface area over a grounded plane, will emit a large area of ozone.
I've no idea what would happen if you used both feeders on one plate, but you'd be at twice the voltage necessary for the ozonation process, which I can not guarantee will make any difference in output.
