Its a supply independent ckt,you can vary from 0-inf V.but the output current will be same.

It doesn’t look so crazy now you’ve reduced the voltage from433kV to 375V.

What you say is correct but the reason the voltage does not affect the current is that you have inserted a current generator - therefore whatever voltage you select the current generator keeps the current at 200mA. What I would like to know is how you will implement this current generator in a real circuit. I'm not trying to criticise - I just don't see it working in a real-life circuit.

In addition, the ‘Mirror’ isn’t really doing a very good job since 200mA is not the same as 156mA. Note that if you change the current source to 100mA the mirrored current is much closer.

@robert, keep on thinking loud, you may find out how this suppose to work, even this one is bad configured
