An edge triggered flip flop consists of two d-flip flops connected in Master Slave connection. When the input is changed, the output doesnt change until there is a transition ( edge ) in the clock. The upper switch is thr input anf the lower switch is the clock. When we change the position of upper switch, the output doesnt change till we 'change the position of lower switch twice. The high voltage is around 1 V The low voltage is around 0 V The output voltages might shift a little from above levels as there might be some residual voltage in milivolts. Change the state of flip flop once or twice to duffuse them off.
