* Ramp generator for true PWM modulation. * 240 kHz switch frequency. * Flanks on mosfet gates are tuned for best square. * Grounded source mosfet output. * Both mosfets are based on IRF9530n specs. * Parasitic mosfet caps added in circuit. * For 8 ohm speaker 1st order LP filter @ 40 kHz. * Series resonance circuit shorting 240 kHz on output. Notes: Going above 20us in the plot drastically reduces the quality of the simulation result! It doesn't clip, and the space is limited, so I couldn't do more about the remaining switching noise. Besides I doubt you could hear the remains, it's 240 kHz.
