LED equivalent circuit

The right side circuit connected to the SW above is equivalent circuit of LED. It shows the nonliniality of LEDs. PN junction has parasitic capacitance. Even thought the capacitance is very small, normally around pF, the voltage of the anode goes down slowly because of the nonliniality. You can see the internal operation of the LED by turning on the SW above.

A DC sweep analysis does look totaly different to a LED behaviour http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6341002456727552 needs some more work
