When you come across a circuit this messed up, you have three things in mind. 1. This person hasn't got a clue what they are doing. Or 2. They have copied a circuit and are trying to hide it. and 3. What's the bet, "No solution found."

@billyt, this doesn't work on yours? Weird loads up just fine on mine. Also, it's mislabeled, it's actually a flux capacitor...
