highpass filter why have a signal distorsion in output? what is the cutoff frequency?

Its not "distortion" cuz its completly linear. Its more bad ringing i would say. However it needs some reduction in Q.

this network behaves like a highpass, but not at 30kHz you have to go upto 325MHz to see its effect check this in bode plot mode http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6562456168824832
