A led threshold for an ignition primary coil signal.
The 4Meg might make the the opamp sensitive to noise but we'll see in practice. 
A peek and hold with 10uF provides a minimum burn time of the LED.

The circuit is created for a 5V environment, but can easily be used for a 12V circuit.
