Cab heater Simulation 2 - FIX reverser Operator Diode

Heater Relay Simulation - Car 1 Issue is: when Operator over-heat trips Operator heater, the Operator Heater SW on High will turns on Observer Heater. (incorrect function) But when Observer over-heat trips Observer heater, Observer Heater SW in any does not turn on Operator heater.
