The node is the audio out, you need a amplifier to hear it, a guitar amp will do, or a lm386 amp also works fine. The not gate is there to represent the pitch antenna. I will put a video of how to make this circuit next week on my YouTube channel ( also called Keystone Science ). The base for the circuit was not my idea, in my video I will make slight modifications, also it may be interesting to try the inductor values to be slightly larger, this may give a cleaner bass sound, let me know if you guys build it! :)
