Connect the normally close contact of the relè to the positive of you're power supply, then connect the common to one side of the coil and the other side of the coil goes to the ground of your power supply. Then connect the capacitor in parallel with the coil. The resistor and the LED goes in series between the normally open contact and ground. Finally set the resistor to 100 ohms and change the capacitor value to change the frequency. Do you understand?
