Monitor the lamps current, then adjust the lamp to be rated at15 Watts and you will see a problem.

ya u r right. when I try to give a load of 1 Amp, voltage suddenely drops to 7.2 volts! Can you tell me where is mistake. please tell me so that I can rectify it. Thank you in advance.

The transformers would appear to be the problem, I played with it a bit but I don't know much about the parameters given to set it up. Google them and see if that helps you. In real life you would buy a transformer that is rated for the job.
