Hi. Please, I would like to point out a few things from my knowledge of Li-ion chargers. First, this doesn't seem to be a constant current constant voltage charger (CC-CV). If the current is not limited to 1C of the battery, it may be damaged. Second, after reaching the cutoff point of 4.2V, there is still a small current flowing into the battery (~1mA). This may not be as big a problem as the first, but still, I noticed it.

What I'm trying to say is that your circuit will work (I think) in real life, but you need to be careful with it. What are your thoughts?

you are right but l couldnt do any circuit to limit current. do you have suggestion?

Unfortunately, most of my experience is with dedicated Li-ion battery charger ICs like BQ21040 and MCP73831! But after some work, I think I improved it with a current limiter. https://everycircuit.com/circuit/6717920000081920. Don't know how well it works practically, though.
