Transistor variable PWM to motor

Move the pot to change the duty cycle (motor speed). It needs to shake the circuit to work. 
This circuit uses the oscillator theory of Transistor+Capacitor and I used It in real life, and worked perfectly. 

The motor is still beta, so it freezes sometimes and shows the "CANNOT FIND SOLUTION" error
