I see this is your first circuit. The LEDS would only blink once and be just a puff of smoke after that with 100 ma. An LED setting in EC is 2 v and 20 ma. The x in the bulb means TOO MUCH ma's . A current limiting resistor in series with the LED is needed. See the Examples section under Current Limiting LED and Astable Multivibrator.
