8.4V MOSFET: the 1.8 ohm resistance is used to simulate a vaporizer. 1 potentiometer (bottom) controls voltage & 1 potentiometer (top) controls the current In this sim circuit. In the real world this circuit can make large current for a vaporizer you need to use heavy FETs in this circuit. This circuit can be used with a wall powered supply for vaporizer or incents or oils or humidity control, just add a small fan to move the vapor and enjoy.

A potentiometer couldn't handle the current you need to push for most coils or any rba's, I'm working on a thing so you can use cheap low current components and still regulate power at high currents, in it's infancy tho.

Phillsep17 you need to look closely at this mod it's only micro amps in the potentiometer the FET handles the heavy current same as any thing you can buy from the store. To answer your question i have vaped for three years, l have been a tech for 35 years.
