I ll upload tutorials explaning the logical operators.
I used two Counters for seconds but i didnt used any 7 display for them. So from right to left. 2 counters for secs, 2 counters for mins and 2 counters for hours (one of them more up).
Logical operators jumps from A to 0 on secs, mins and the firsts nine hours. After that checks for 2-4 combination and reset counters.
