Power amplifier with feedback loop

After looking at schematics of power amps I noticed that many have a long tailed pair in their feedback loops and assumed they were being used as differential amplifiers to compare input and output signals. I wondered if I could use an op amp to simplify my circuit. Seems to work but I'd welcome any comments.
