10x amplification = 10x capacitance. Flick the switch. Probably a useful effect for very low frequency filters. Just mind the amplifying op-amp doesn't clip. It's rather the opposite to the Miller effect. The Miller effect bypasses the capacitor, but this amplifies current through the capacitor.
