There is no second potentiometer in your circuit.

@Beaker651 Whoops! My bad I modified the circuit a bit earlier so that the DC offset would be voltage controlled instead of potentiometer controlled. The new way to control the DC offset is by varying the DC voltage source near the top right of the circuit
