Simple feedback buck smps

Push the button to connect the reference voltage. It takes a scaled down voltage from the pot, and then subtracts it from a reference voltage to give the error. Then compares the error to a sawtooth wave to create a pwm signal, which drives the mosfet. Comments and suggestions welcome.

Why do you use the 2 5k ohm resistors with the opamp having a gain of one?

Purely because that was how I was taught to make a subtractor and I'm not exactly sure how the virtual circuits differ from real ones. I'll probably update it and use values for real parts that work when I make it.

That was what I though I had. Thanks I didn't notice I had the amp the wrong way round. I've fixed it now.
