IGBT's are useful in high speed-high voltage switching, thanks to an isolated gate, we have the characteristics of a MOSFET with the high current capabilities of a BJT

Shows flywheel diode which is helpful in allowing reverse currents to not damage the device

New design, replaced parasitic transistor with flywheel diode, I like it better

Feel free (Hurz, Voltranz, Faceblast, Sine_eyed, buggy) to help me fine tune this ;)

I checked: voltage source has increased to 120us to stabilize the voltage. All looks good, good work.
