Very impressive but it's not because of no resistance, it's because the current source is modeled "perfect" without any supply voltage limit. And of course to maintain constant current through a cap you need to charge it up with more and more voltage. So if you choose a very low cap value and a very high current the voltage will skyrocket of course.

Well technically it’s also because there’s zero ESR that’s why the voltage can be infinite

a constant ESR would cause a constant voltage as offset, nothing else. e.g. 1Ohm at 1MA would cause constant 1MegaVolt, which is irrelevant after a few seconds. So resistance as you say is not a problem at all for this unrealistic circuit
