H bridge controler can be used to polarise direction electric motor engine. And speed of engine. Led's are representing motor and direction of moving.

You changed the speed settings now it takes forever to work.

Rich1129000 yes, and sorry, but I was measuring amperage on parts do they don't take to much power and if they will not heat up so much. But I change now settings for faster working.
