NEW high gain Single Supply Amp drives ADC with twos complement and negative sign display. Twos complement is calculated when the MSB is low by inverting the LSBs. Has 555 timer now.

Single supply 1.8 Volt instrumentation amplifier with ADC. Note amp min max is 0 to 1.8 V, and signal is 9 mV centered at 0.9 V. Gain is 100 so signal output swings from 0 to 1.8 V.
