NEW high gain Single Supply Amp drives ADC with twos complement and negative sign display. Twos complement is calculated when the MSB is low by inverting the LSBs. Has 555 timer now.

Single supply 1.8 Volt instrumentation amplifier with ADC.  Note amp min max is 0 to 1.8 V, and signal is 9 mV centered at 0.9 V.
Gain is 100 so signal output swings from 0 to 1.8 V.

Sure, why not. But, focus is on function of ADC math, and we know how to do 555. I always welcome suggestions and feedback (pun), so thank you. Had to do 18 bits of this in real silicon for a filter !
