A couple of things to note:- (i) This isn't an oscillator. I would call it a filter or a random voltage divider circuit. (ii) 1mF ceramic caps are virtual, not real. That's why low frequency LC oscillators are rare. You may try increasing the inductance and reducing the capacitance. (iii) The resonant frequency is 160Hz, not 60Hz.
