Niki its PSEUDO random, meaning that it's something pretending to be, and this circuit qualifies by that definition ;)

Nate check out my pseudo random spam...err circuits , I'm using shift registers and XOR to generate the non sequential numbers. Actually to think of it, a sequence of 1 2 3 4 5... can be considered random as just as anything else, rare but can be random :P So whose to say what's really random or not?!
