Hi, but it looks bpf, the frequency response says it is,,, sorry unless the cct. Has been changed since.

It is clearly a band Pass filter as confirmed by The frequency analisys. The capacitor set the upper cut frequency (bass pass) while The inductor set the lower (high pass).
