Your circuit is almost identical to one I published awhile back, but in a different shape (https://everycircuit.com/circuit/5448117943795712). I wonder why yours throws an error, but mine doesn't... 🤔

That, for some weird reason, is because in this circuit, the smallest resistor is 1 μΩ, not 100 kΩ

I think you're right that it's the small resistor. Perhaps it's because the change in resistance is so small that the solver runs into rounding errors and discontinuities.
