Einfach an den Digitaleingängen den Gewünschten Digitalwert einstellen. 
Lings Lowest Bit. 
Rechts Higest Bit.

Der Zähler zählt die 4 Bit durch,
Ab dem Eingestellten Wert wird das RS Flipflop gesetzt. 
Beim Überlauf des Zählers wird das RS FlipFlop Zurückgesetzt.

Die Ausgangsfrequenz ist Taktgeber / 4 Bit (16).
1 Bit = 2  -> 0 1
2 Bit = 4  -> 0 1 2 3
3 Bit = 8  -> 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
4 Bit = 16-> 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15
