Is this g-sync vertical blanking or what

I try to simulate how g-sync vertical blanking signal may look like. I based my circuit on information that g-sync is a special version of adaptive sync. Display should show number of frames in gpu buffer and diode should glow while v-blanking. Logic train is frame time (1000 / fps). Simulation should be accurate to 144 hz monitor. If my understandings are not correct then please comment.

I realized that as if it is some case of adaptive syncing then output v-blanking is all time constant (green line), however blue line represents start of next frame different then previous.

there is also a little bug in this circuit. Blue tick should aways start with same delay in respect to nearest green one and should be constant length
