Pulse-width modulation controller from 555 timer. Pulse width is modulated from 40 to 100% by the potentiometer in the middle. Output is stabilized by flywheel-like circuit made of inductor and capacitor. Can drive 12V PC fan, LEDs, motors, etc...
Simulation crashes if wiper position is over 90%.
