Hi.

I wan't present simple reset circuit. After connect of Voltage source c1 is charging so in first 'seconds' its like shortcut. Thanks to this mosfet have gate connectet to V+ to few times and LED glows up and fade down after that. In short words. Cheers, and have fun. 😎

you have to slow down the simspeed to see the power on delay. Even more importante is the power off refresh time, how low the cap needs to be discharged again and the circuit does work again as expected. Check this e.g. with BS170 NMOSFET http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5419153348100096
